There were several fresh deer and turkey tracks and fresh scrapes found while touring the property. The lodge is powered by a brand new generator and has a solar option as well. The water is on a well and there is a large propane tank as well. Behind the lodge sits a small pole barn with several small storage rooms to house your equipment and toys. Around an hour or less from Baton Rouge, this property is a short drive from anywhere in South Louisiana.
