This 12-house poultry farm is located in Leake County just north of Carthage, MS. The farm presently does not have a contract with any poultry company. One poultry company has shown interest in giving the 6 newer houses a new contract. The broiler poultry houses are 6 40 x 450' built in 1999 and 6 45 x 500' built in 2005. The poultry houses are for broilers and have drinkers, feeders, Choretime Controllers, vent machines, Directspark brooders, Acme fans, cool cells, 3 generators, and 5 wells. The farm has 4 outbuildings that were used for litter, compost sheds, and tractor equipment storage. The farm comes with 88 acres and about 35 acres of open land and balance trees. The roads on the farm are in good shape. This farm could be used for other business than poultry such as: hay storage, green houses, or hog farms. Call for additional information.
